INDY At The EIFF 2017
INDY Cinema Group was thrilled to be once again part of the Edinburgh International Film Festival.
This year we helped bring a wide a varied range of films to various locations around the Scottish capital.
We screened three films from cult British director Edgar Wright as part of the EIFF: Play season.
Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World at Teviot, Shaun Of The Dead at The Biscuit Factory and Hot Fuzz in the Church Hill Theatre.
The crowd went wild for Talking Heads at our outdoor screening of the late great Johnathan Demme’s pioneering concert film Stop Making Sense.
We we’re also back in Usher hall with the RSNO as they played John Williams amazing score to the classic Raiders Of The Lost Ark.
And to finish it all of we hung our 20 foot screen over the tank at the FloWave centre as they created waves to go along with Michael Powell’s seminal film about Scottish island life The Edge Of The World.
All in all a great festival, bring on 2018!
